What is BTS?
Brick Talk Solutions is a multi-division platform rooted in one mission:
Building freedom together through ownership and purpose.
Founded by Da’Quan Long, BTS is rooted in both hands-on real estate experience and a career built around systems, operations, and community partnerships.
Prior to launching BTS, Da’Quan held an area management role, built employer partnerships in workforce development, and advised organizations—including startups, colleges, and civic leaders—on operations and automation strategy.
It’s this blend of operations, systems, and ownership that drives how each division of BTS is built: lean, purposeful, and structured for consistency over chaos.
BTS | Real Estate
BTS | Real Estate acquires and operates small multifamily properties — primarily 2–4 unit buildings — in stable U.S. markets. Each property is held under its own LLC and managed through disciplined internal systems focused on long-term cash flow, protection, and clarity.

The foundation of BTS | Real Estate is rooted in hands-on operational experience, including:
- Structuring deals through conventional, 203k, DSCR, and short-term loans backed by hard money
- Executing cash-out refinances and value-add strategies
- Coordinating directly with contractors, real estate agents, private lenders, bankers, appraisers, attorneys, and BPO professionals
- Managing $100,000+ renovation projects from acquisition to completion
This operational base informs a more intentional investment model — one designed to scale without unnecessary complexity.
The Current Model
BTS now follows a disciplined real estate approach with three core principles:
- Simplicity: 2–3 unit properties only, in markets with strong cash flow and low volatility
- Structure: Each property is legally and financially isolated under its own LLC, with BTS acting as the internal management company
- Sustainability: Systems are designed to minimize owner workload while maximizing control and clarity
BTS | Telos Mentorship (Launching April 2026)
Telos is the mentorship division of Brick Talk Solutions. It is designed for new and early-stage investors who want to build real estate-backed income through structure, systems, and intentional growth.
This is not a coaching program. Telos is a private, selective mentorship track that combines education, accountability, and strategic partnership opportunities.
Participants will be guided through a multi-phase process focused on disciplined investing, operational clarity, and ownership at a sustainable pace.

Format:
