BTS was founded by Da'Quan Long, an active multifamily investor and operator based in Connecticut. He's not teaching theory. He's in the field, structuring deals, managing properties, and building the same systems he teaches inside Telos.

Build the Base
Mindset, fundamentals, and deal analysis basics. 4–6 weeks. You learn how to read a real deal before you touch one.
Gate: Submit a documented deal analysis to advance.
Phase 02 — Execution
Do the Work
Analyze 3–5 real deals, submit at least one offer, build your power team. 3–6 months of demonstrated action.
Gate: Verified offer + lender, agent, contractor identified.
Phase 03 — Partnership
Earn the Access
JV opportunities on live BTS deals. Only reached after proven execution. Access is earned, not sold.
Gate: Invited by operator. Not applied for.
